Our Services

Salt Therapy: From Monday through Saturday from 10am each day from 10 am,  sessions start at the top of each hour. Our cave is equipped with comfortable seating to enable you to relax quickly and easily and a children's corner to keep the kids occupied.  During the 45 minute session you will experience complete relaxation with dim lighting and gentle meditative music to help the body unwind and the mind to experience levels of peacefulness that is out of reach for most of us in our hectic daily lives. As time passes by your pulse rate will slow,, your breathing patterns become deep and even as your lungs begin to function in the way nature intended them to.. Your body is relaxed, your mind is calm and you find that you are almost falling asleep. The crystal clear air eases, or even clears, any allergic symptoms  whilst the high concentration of minerals stimulates your blood flow.  When the 45 minute is up you are rejuvinated and reborn.
